5. PLANK POSE
5.支架式
Exhale and step, or lightly hop, your feet behind you to get into a Plank
pose, arms straight your shoulders and legs straight behind you. Your back
should be flat and your core engaged. Hold for a second, then, in a snake-like
movement, lower yourself towards the floor. Then lower your chest and chin to
the floor, keeping your elbows close to the sides of yourribcage, and flatten
your feet to the floor.
呼气,并向后移动双脚或轻跳呈支架式,双臂、双腿绷直。背部保持平直,坚持几秒钟,然后像蛇一样移动身体,胸部、下巴贴地,手臂双肘紧贴身体两侧,双脚放平。
