报道中的Forex-swap是金融术语，指“外汇掉期交易”，有时可单独写作swap。掉期交易，也称“换汇交易”，是指买卖双方在一段时间内，按事先规定的汇率相互交换使用一种货币的外汇买卖活动。以“人民币与外币掉期交易”为例，是指交易双方约定以人民币交换一定数量的外币，并约定在未来某一时期，再以约定的价格反向交换同样数量的货币的交易。
