Go pear-shaped 搞砸了英解：To be screwed up, badly wrong
“Go pear-shaped”这句俚语的典故据说源自以前的英国飞行员在接受训练时必须“绕圆圈”飞行，但由于难度颇高，因此飞行员往往会飞成“梨形”“pear-shaped”，而非正圆形“perfect circle”。几经演变，后来英文就以这句话来比喻一件事情“未如原先预期”或“搞砸了”。
