　　seize: 强调抓住、抓到的结果 Eg: Fear seized her.
　　grasp: 强调掌握　 Eg:He grasped my hand warmly.
　　clutch (at):seize,take hold of tightly with the hands.
　　Eg:He clutched (at) the rope we threw to him.
　　hold： 强调抓牢、抓紧　
　　Eg:He is holding an umbrella.
