过去进行时表示的概念
1 在过去某个特定的时间正在进行或发生的动作。
2 当过去的一个动作发生的时候另外一个动作正在进行。
结构：
主语+ was（were）+ doing

when 当……的时候
while 当……的时候（强调两个动作的同时进行）
