实用英语表达：disposable chopsticks 一次性筷子

　　从今年4月1日起，中国将调整现行消费税政策，而普遍引起环保人士关注的木制一次性筷子将被纳入此次税改的征收范围之内。

chopsticks, wooden floor panels, yachts, luxury watches and more oil-based
products from April 1, the authorities announced yesterday. The move is designed
to regulate energy usage and help protect the environment by reducing the

chopsticks就是我们日常颇为熟悉的“木制一次性筷子”，disposable的英语释义是designed to be rid of after
use(使用后即可遗弃的)，它源于动词dispose(去除，丢掉 )。既然现代社会流行“一次性”消费，我们可得到很多类似的相关表达，如：disposable
paper tissues(一次性餐巾纸);disposable diapers(免洗尿布);disposable razors(一次性剃须刀)。
        　　值得一提的是，动词dispose还有另一层含意“处理，处置”，因此，其相应形容词disposable可表示“可自由支配的”，如per- capita
disposable income(人均可支配收入);disposable business income(企业可用收入);Church-going has
become a disposable option.(上教堂做礼拜已成为可自由选择的事情了。)
