为了让大家更有效的利用最后的这一点时间,我有以下四条建议送给大家。
1.最后的时间应该留给模拟。建议考生朋友们在这一周里做三到四套真题,对考试的时间安排做全真的模拟,一方面是找考试的感觉,熟悉考试的节奏,另一方面是找自己的问题,及时调整自己的状态。之前的大量准备工作就是为了这一搏。相信大家单词背的很辛苦,往年的题目也没少研究,在这最后的一周时间里,应该把你全部的单词和对于题目的研究成果展现出来,用单词去砸开四级的大门,用技巧去攻克四级的难关。相信大家定有势如破竹,大刀阔斧的感觉。但注意不要过于轻敌,还是谨慎为上。
2.合理安排时间,调整时差。很多同学在考前都会有挑灯夜战的好习惯,因为单词还没有背熟……准确地说,这是一个非常非常不好的习惯。人确实有相对强大的短时记忆,但对于英语考试来说,这个功能形同虚设,因为英语不像政治,它毕竟是另外一套语言体系,之所以大家能在政治考试时把前一晚看过的东西如数家珍,那是因为政治是用中文,而大家的母语是中文。英语则不同,大家英语学习是中英对照,它不光是短时记忆过程,也是编码转换过程,并不是一个短时记忆就能解决的。在考前一周一定要调整自己的生物钟,把自己的兴奋时间调整到上午,因为四级考试是从9:00开始,到11:30结束,如果在这段时间里,你的感觉是昏昏欲睡,那之前的努力就会大打折扣。
3.对于完形填空部分,希望大家能在8分钟之内完成。这一点不是强人所难,而是整个考试策略中的一环。完形填空是四级考试中的一个非常鸡肋的题目,20道题目,每题0.5%分值。四道完形题才相当于一道仔细阅读题。而有的题目,如词义辨析,如果确实没有背到那在考场上干想是没有任何意义的,英语单词不像汉字这种表意文字那么容易就猜的出来的。猜词也是需要有大量的单词的积累才能做到顺手拈来。有这个时间猜词蒙词,不如把时间留出来再去细细研读一下仔细阅读部分,用2%的分值去换0.5%,当然是赚钱的买卖,切记!在考前一周一定要逼自己练成这一招,不要固执在某一个完形填空的题目上。
