In recent years, it can be noticed that there is more plagiarizing in academy than ever before. Turning a look around, we can find a great many examples: some professors or scholars plagiarize others’ work; some students copy others’ papers from the Internet. Thus, this necessitates the close attention of the whole society.
Apparently enough, there are some bad impacts which we should not ignore. To begin with, the plagiarizing may impair or undermine the current academic research and its promising future. In addition, they are gaining convenience at the expense of the honesty and morality. What is worse, teachers’ plagiarizing sets bad examples to more young men, leading them to be dishonest in academy.
In view of the seriousness of this issue, effective measures should be taken. First, it is essential that related regulations should be worked out and enforced to ban and punish the plagiarism. Then, it is suggested that all people should promote the awareness of honesty and working hard. Only by doing so, can we eliminate academic plagiarizing. atmosphere. |
