　　最高人民法院10月16日就360诉腾讯滥用市场支配地位纠纷案二审宣判，法院认为，一审判决认定事实虽有不当之处，但适用法律正确，裁判结果适当，故驳回上诉，维持原判。
        　　China's top court ratified the original judgment on the anti-monopoly
dispute between two Chinese Internet giants, Qihoo 360 Technology Co Ltd and
Tencent Inc, on Thursday.
        　　最高人民法院周四对奇虎360和腾讯公司之间的反垄断纠纷案作出维持原判的决定。
        　　“维持原判”是在案件二审宣判时继续维持一审判决，英文中用ratify/affirm the original judgment或者maintain
the original ruling表示。法院“对某人作出判决”可以用pass judgment on someone来表示。

        　　曾经在网络上引起轩然大波的“3Q大战”转战法院后，奇虎公司起诉腾讯公司“滥用市场支配地位”(abuse its dominant market
position/abuse of market ascendancy),在一审时，奇虎公司全部诉讼请求被广东省高级人民法院驳回(all claims were
dismissed/rejected);奇虎公司对此判决表示不服，向最高人民法院提出上诉(appeal to the Supreme People's
Court)，并索赔经济损失1.5亿元。
