population. I suggest that the country allow highly-educated people to have a

To carry forward and develop traditional Chinese medical sciences, we need
to make a comprehensive law specialized in this area. Some of the problems we
are facing include lack of inheritance and innovation and the shortage of
medicinal materials. In addition, the country needs to launch more incentive
policies, including encouraging more graduates from traditional Chinese medicine
schools to work at the grassroots level. Also, less than 6 percent of the
country's hospitals are specialized in traditional Chinese medicine, which is
not enough to take in a large number of graduates from TCM schools.
中医药的传承和发展，需要法律保证。现在中国中医药发展面临各种问题，包括继承不足、创新不够、药材资源短缺等。国家应出台更多鼓励措施，鼓励中医学科毕业生到基层工作。目前中国的中医院不足全国医院总数的6%，无法容纳大量的毕业生。
