第三产业的发展有助于调整经济结构，提供就业机会，改善投资环境，促进城乡经济，提高国民经济综合实力，提高人民生活水平。
The development of tertiary industry helps to promote economy structure
\adjustment, provide employment opportunity, better investment environment, s
timulate urban and rural economy, raise overall efficiency of national economy
and improve people's lives.
就现状来看，第三产业还相对落后。占国民生产总值的27%，占全国劳动力的18.6% \。

Currently, the tertiary industry is relatively backward, accounting for 27%
in GNP and 18.6% in work force. But these two proportions are usually 65 % in
