A: At the invitation of Vice Premier Wang Qishan, Deputy Prime Minister
Sechin of the Russian Federation is visiting China from the 20th to 21st to sign
the governmental oil cooperation agreements with China. During his visit, he
will also meet with Chinese leaders and exchange in-depth views with them on
further expanding bilateral energy cooperation.
中俄双方就管道建设、原油贸易、上下游合作和融资等一揽子涉及石油领域的合作达成协议，是互利双赢的合作，标志着中俄能源合作迈出了实质性步伐。我们愿与俄方共同努力，推进相关合作不断取得更多实际进展。
The signing of the package agreement of oil cooperation on pipeline
construction projects, crude oil trading, upstream and downstream oil industry
and financing between China and Russia will bring mutually beneficial and
win-win outcome to both countries. It is also a substantial step of energy
cooperation between the two countries. We are ready to work together with Russia
to further promote the development of relevant cooperation. |
