have arisen(surfaced), including oversupply of agricultural produce(farm
produce) coupled with(along with) price drops(failing prices) and slow increases
in farmers’ income.
        　　难点：
        　　1、决不能松懈和放松，汉语中很常见的话，但翻译成英文的话，按照英语的行文习惯主谓宾一般是要齐全、确切的。
        　　这里我们就要找到松懈和放松的宾语。
        　　2、如果把农产品供过于求、价格下跌、农民收入增加缓慢等问题译为Such problems as oversupply of agricultural
products coupled with price drops and slow increases in farmers’ income have
risen 的话主语such problems和谓语 have risen就相隔太遥远了，所以可以灵活调整为：Problems have risen,
including...这样句子就脉络就更清晰了。
