        　　“恢复疲劳”的意思是“从疲劳中恢复过来”，即“消除疲劳”。从形式上讲，“疲劳”是“恢复”的宾语。但从逻辑上讲，“恢复”的不是疲劳，而是“正常状态”。英语不能说to recover fatigue,而要说to recover from fatigue。如：医生说这种药能够帮助肌肉恢复疲劳。The doctor says that this medicine can help muscles recover from fatigue
