Start at the Bottom and Work Up
In recent years , many employers require that college graduates have to be
willing to start at the bottom and work up to the top . Some students might
think it to be a waste of their talents . However , this kind of requirement is
for both the employers' and the college graduates' sake .
Above all , college graduates , who are used to considering themselves as
God's favored ones , tend to overestimate their ability and ask for a higher pay
than those who have no college diploma . However , they seldom have any
practical experience . In addition , nwe graduates often find it hard to deal
with the working environment unfamiliar to them . They are in great need of
starting their career from the bottom of a company and learn how to cooperate
with their colleagues and the superiou .
Considering the above-mentioned , we can conclude that it is necessary for
college graduates to start at the bottom . But it is worth noting that we should
set a right target , or else we might stop at the bottom forever .
