　　The newest list of the world's most livable cities might inspire you to
make a move.
        　　最新的“世界最宜居城市清单”也许会激励你搬家。
        　　For its annual "Quality of Life" survey, global affairs magazine Monocle
evaluates cities based on four main factors: availability of international
flight routes, cycling commutes, good lunch spots and public libraries.

        　　每年的“生活质量”调查一栏，全球外交杂志《Monocle》根据以下四大因素评价了很多城市：国际航线怎么样，是否骑自行车上下班，是否有好的午餐地点跟公共图书馆。(旅游怎么样、能不能得到锻炼、吃得好不好、能不能看很多书?)
        　　This year, however, the magazine added 22 new metrics, including cost of
living and the price of a cup of coffee. That led to some major changes,
including a new city at the number one spot: Tokyo, Japan.
        　　但是今年，杂志又增加了22个新标准，包括衣食住行的价格，甚至一杯咖啡的价格。至此发生了一些重大改变，新的冠军得主霸占榜首应运而生：日本的东京。
        　　"It manages to do something no other global metropolis can: provide a great
quality of life for those who live there and also visit. From culture to
security, food to courtesy, it has everything covered," Monocle says of Tokyo.

        　　We can't argue: Tokyo is famous for that rich culture, not to mention its
sophisticated railways and gorgeous cherry blossoms.
