　　细心的人会发现，凯特王妃的衣服虽然优雅又得体，但很多是几年前购进的衣服，早就不卖了，害得那些王妃的粉丝们想买都买不到，于是《每日邮报》将王妃称作wardrobe
hoarder(囤衣狂)。

a deliberate strategy bythe Duchess, who is keen to avoid causing fashion
stampedes or, perhaps, coming face-to-facewith women in the same outfit. So she
often waits months, or even years, before wearingpurchases.
