　　My fellow trainer, Sylvia Guinan, made me aware of these rules that a
husband has laid out for his wife to follow during the 2014 World Cup.

        　　I think it’s a perfect continuation of my last post of being a football
widow and I simply had to share the rules here. I LOVE rule no.6.

        　　The Fifa World Cup is close by. Let me give you a few rules that will
preserve your beauty.
        　　世界杯锦标赛即将到来。 我想告诉你永葆美丽的一些要诀。
        　　1. The remote control belongs to me for the whole month.
        　　1.世界杯赛期间的一整个月电视遥控器都由我控制。
        　　2. Tell all your friends not to give birth or wed or die or whatever during
the World Cup coz we won’t go.
        　　2.告诉你的朋友在世界杯期间无论如何也不要忙着生孩子、结婚或办丧事，因为我们是不会去的。
        　　3. You support the teams that I support.
        　　3.你必须支持我所支持的队伍。
        　　4. No talking during the game, wait for half-time or end of the game.
        　　4.比赛期间不要讲话叽歪，等到中场休息或是比赛结束时再说话。
        　　5. Repeats & highlights are as good as the main match, so am gonna
watch them.
        　　5.重播和比赛精彩集锦同主要现场比赛一样精彩，所以我也会看。
        　　6. You don’t just pass in front of the TV if i’m watching football, you
better crawl on the floor.
        　　6.当我看球赛时，禁止从电视前面经过，你最好是从地板上爬过去以免影响我看球。
        　　7. Make sure you don’t ask silly questions such as; is this Chelsea versus
England?
        　　7.你要保证你不会问一些愚蠢的问题，例如：这场赛是切尔西队对英格兰队吗?
        　　8. Smile every time EXCEPT when my team is losing.
