科普知识：国际爱牙日的来历
为了在公众中进行牙病防治知识的普及教育，增强口腔健康观念和自我口腔保健的意识，帮助公众建立口腔保健的习惯，从而提高全民族的口腔健康水平，1989年，由卫生部、教委等部委联合签署，确定每年的9月20日为“全国爱牙日”。
牙齿(tooth)是我们口腔中很重要的组成部分，没有tooth，很多美食我们都无法享用了。另外，在特别危急的时刻，tooth也可以成为我们自卫或者攻击的武器。这大概就是很多英文短语中tooth都用来代表力量的原因吧。 1. set/put someone’s teeth on edge 使某人觉得紧张不安或不舒服
