　　如今的心理学家都认为一个人的人格可以用5大特质来描述：开放性、尽职性、外向性、宜人性和神经质。
        　　这五个维度共同组成了现在心理学用来衡量一个人性格的模型，这个模型就常说的“大五”(Big Five)
        　　今天的文章就专门来讲讲这个吧。
        　　Each Big Five trait represents a continuum . For example, the trait of
extraversion’s opposite is introversion. Together, extraversion and introversion
make up opposing ends of a spectrum for that Big Five trait. People can be very
extraverted or very introverted, but most people will fall somewhere in between
the extremes of the spectrum.
        　　大五里面的每一个特质都对应一个连续变化的维度。比如，外向的对立面就是内向，外向和内向一起构成了大五里面这个维度的两个对立面。有的人可能非常外向，有的人可能非常内向，不过大部分人都是处在这个变化区间中段的某处。
        　　另外，有一点需要明白的是，大五里面的每一个特质都对应着非常多的性格特点，5个特质的每一个特质都能够再细分成更多具体的特点。
        　　#1 Openness To Experience
        　　开放性(对新体验的开放态度)
        　　If you possess high openness to experience, you are open to all the
original and complex things life has to offer, both experientially and mentally.
The opposite of openness to experience is close-mindedness.
        　　如果你的开放性很高，那么说明你对生活中的各种新奇和复杂的事情感兴趣，这些事情既可以是感官上的，也可以是心理上的。开放性的对立面是封闭性。
        　　这个特质高的人通常：
        　　好奇心强 Curious
        　　有想象力 Imaginative
        　　有艺术细胞 Artistic
        　　对很多东西感兴趣 Interested in many things
        　　容易兴奋 Excitable
        　　不陈腐 Unconventional
        　　#2 Conscientiousness
        　　尽职性
        　　Conscientiousness means having good impulse control, which enables
individuals to fulfill tasks and meet goals. Conscientious behavior includes
planning and organization, delaying gratification, avoiding compulsive action,
and following cultural norms. The opposite of conscientiousness is lack of
direction.
        　　尽职性这个特质表示一个人能够控制自己的冲动，他们能够完成手上的任务并达成自己的目标。尽职的表现包括做计划、规划、推迟享乐、避免冲动行为，以及遵循文化习俗。尽职性的对立面是漫无目的。
        　　尽职性高的人通常：
        　　胜任力强 Competence
        　　有条理，或具规划能力 Order, or organizational skills
        　　义务感强 Dutifulness
        　　愿意通过努力来取得成就 Achievement through hard work
        　　自律 Self-discipline
        　　目标明确，受控 Being deliberate and controlled
        　　#3 Extraversion
        　　外向性
        　　Extraverted individuals who draws their energy from their interactions with
the social world. Extraverts are sociable, talkative, and outgoing. The opposite
of extraversion is introversion.
        　　外向性高的人通过与别人社交来获取能量。外向型的人爱社交、爱讲话、愿意与人互动。外向的对立面是内向。
        　　外向性高的人通常：
        　　合群 Gregarious
        　　果断 Assertive
        　　活跃 Active
        　　总是寻求刺激 Excitement-seeking
        　　情绪积极、充满激情 Emotionally positive and enthusiastic
        　　待人亲切，外向 Warm and outgoing
        　　#4 Agreeableness
        　　宜人性
        　　The trait of agreeableness refers to a positive and altruistic orientation.
This trait enables individuals to see the best in others, trust others, and
behave prosocially. The opposite of agreeableness is antagonism.
        　　宜人性这个特质指的是一个人心里积极、利他的倾向。这个特质高的人更容易看到别人好的一面，更容易相信别人，更容易按照社会准则行事。宜人性的对立面是敌意。
        　　宜人性高的人通常：
        　　容易相信、原谅别人 Trusting and forgiving
        　　直白，要求少 Straightforward and undemanding
        　　利他 Altruistic
        　　友好而且义务感强 Affable and amenable
        　　温和 Modest
        　　容易同情别人 Sympathetic to others
        　　#5 Neuroticism
        　　神经质
        　　Neuroticism refers to a tendency towards negative emotions and includes
experiences like feeling anxious and depressed. The opposite of neuroticism is
emotional stability.
        　　神经质特质高的人更容易体验负面的情绪，比如焦虑和抑郁。神经质的对立面是情绪稳定。
        　　神经质高的人身上通常有这些特点：
        　　焦虑、紧张 Anxiety and tension
        　　敌意强、易怒 Angry hostility and irritability,
        　　抑郁 Depression,
        　　自觉、害羞 Self-consciousness and shyness,
        　　易冲动、情绪化 Being impulsive and moody
        　　缺乏自信 Lack of self-confidence
        　　人们常常用OCEAN这个缩写来统称这5个特质。
        　　那么，我们最后的问题来了：一个人的人格可能改变吗?
        　　总的来说，成年人的人格通常非常稳定(highly
stable)。有些渐进式的改变倒是可能发生，不过这种改变的幅度不会特别剧烈(drastic)。也就是说，如果一个人的外向性本来很低，那么他极有可能一直都是那样，不过也有的人会发生幅度不太大的改变。
