        　　For Your
Information的缩写，在邮件里也会看到。一般指下面内容和你有关，但是关系不大。对方如果要你采取行动，一定会说清楚“XXX(你的名字),
please……”而不会只是F.Y.I。
        　　CC
        　　CC是发邮件时“抄送”的意思。每次发给你的邮件，你要做的是：第一看标题，第二看CC给谁，第三才看内容。
        　　Concern
        　　中文翻译成“关注”，其实在外企里，如果你的上司或老板说他很concern，他可不是只想告诉你他很关注这个case。
        　　这句话是暗示你做的事情有问题，你可要小心，别搞砸了。
        　　My understanding is …
        　　这句话的字面意思是“我的理解是…”，通常当你发表一个观点或看法时，对方会说 “My understanding is …”。
        　　这时你要注意对方并非想让你听听他的理解是什么，而是想告诉你，你的理解有误，再给你说一下正解。
        　　Appreciate
        　　在email里使用率很高。当事情需要别人帮忙解决时，或自己做错事无法挽回时，一句“Your kind help should be
appreciated.”很有用也很谦逊。如果你想让对方快点回复邮件，也可在结尾写上“Your quick reply will be highly
appreciated.”。
        　　Aggressive
        　　字面翻译成“进攻性的”，在外企里意思含糊，褒义的有"具有开拓精神的"、"有事业心的"，贬义的有"咄咄逼人的"、"莽撞的"、"容易得罪人的"，反正意思可褒可贬，看你自己琢磨。
        　　如果说自己"aggressive"，潜台词是：我可不是那种混日子的人，我是能干事的，工作积极主动的。
        　　例句：He is respected as a very aggressive and competitive executive.
        　　他被公认为是一位十分好强好胜的主管。
        　　Unacceptable
        　　外国人批评人比较含蓄，如果你的上司是外国人，说你这件事办的unacceptable，已经算是说的很重了，就是指你办的事情太差了，说不过去，你可得注意点。
        　　例句：The very idea would be foreign and unacceptable to main stream
academics.
        　　这种想法对主流学者而言是外来的、不能接受的。
        　　Quota
        　　员工的计划任务量，这个词对很注重业绩的部门来说是个敏感的词语，比如销售部，他们最关心就是每个季度的quota是多少，自己如何才能完成。
        　　Follow up
        　　外企老板很重视项目或工作的进度，而且要清楚是谁在负责，所以总喜欢问“这个case有没有人follow up?”即有没有人在跟进这个项目。
