        　　1. yummy /ˈjʌmi/ 好吃的; 美味的
        　　小朋友最爱说的就是yummy，听起来很可爱，也很有韵律。
        　　Well, I believe it is safe. Wow! Just look at those yummy-looking
tomatoes!
        　　唔，我相信它是安全的。哇! 瞧瞧那些看起来很美味的西红柿!
        　　2. tasty /'teɪstɪ/ n. 可口的东西; adj. 味道好的

        　　一定要注意是tasty√ 不是tasteful×
        　　Tasteful 是用来形容品味的：
        　　A type of behavior is not tasteful. 某种行为是很没品的。

        　　Smack 意指“拍打”、“猛击”，smack your
lips也就是“吧唧嘴”的意思。虽说这在吃饭时很不礼貌，但也间接能感受到饭菜很香。Lip-smacking借“让人想吧唧嘴”之意形容食物好吃、诱人。

        　　4. appetizing /'æpə'taɪzɪŋ/ 开胃的; 促进食欲的

        　　英文里真正的“垂涎欲滴”应该是这个词——mouth-watering! 形容闻着香、看着美，口水都要流下来了~

        　　6. delectable /dɪ'lektəb(ə)l/ 美味的; 令人愉快的

        　　7. finger-licking good /'lɪkɪŋ/
        　　肯德基曾有一句用了几十年的广告语叫做finger-licking good ( 吮指留香
)，这句话不知道让多少小伙伴们留下了舔手指的“好”习惯……英文里你也可以借用这句来形容东西很好吃，回味无穷~
        　　This fried chicken is finger-licking good.
        　　这炸鸡好吃得让人吮指回味。
        　　8. flavorful /'fleɪvəfʊl/ 可口的，有味道的
        　　Flavor的意思是口味，加上-ful后缀，就表示可口的; 充满…味道的。用它来形容食物，就表示食物的口味丰富，很好吃。
        　　Some Americans pop across the border simply to fuel up flavorful Mexican
food and beer .
        　　一些美国人越过国境，只是为了吃点可口的墨西哥食物，喝点墨西哥啤酒。
        　　9. toothsome /'tu:θs(ə)m/ 美味的
        　　吃饭除了要靠嘴和手，牙齿更是少不了的，所以形容东西“可口”还能用 toothsome 这个词。
        　　To be honest, the family dish is toothsome.
        　　说实话，这道家常菜真的很美味。
        　　10. good-tasting 口感好的
        　　One way of persuading people to drink sensibly is to provide good-tasting
alternatives with less alcohol.
        　　劝人适量饮酒的一个方法就是提供口感好但酒精含量低的酒。
        　　11. luscious /'lʌʃəs/ 香甜，甘美的(也可以形容人)
        　　He enjoyed the luscious fruit.
        　　他很喜欢吃那种香甜的水果。
        　　12. palatable /'pælətəb(ə)l/ 美味的，可口的
        　　This dish is quite palatable.
        　　这个菜很对胃口。
        　　13. savory /'seivəri/ 可口的; 风味极佳的; 味美的
        　　There where barbecue mutton-chops for lunch , huge, savory hunks of meat
sizzling like the devil over charcoal.
        　　午餐是烧烤羊肉，香喷喷的大块烤肉咝咝作响，就像在炭火上的恶魔似的。
        　　14. scrumptious /'skrʌm(p)ʃəs/ 美味的;绝妙的，极好的
        　　While sipping his sangria , he noticed a scrumptious-looking platter being
served at the next table.

        　　15. out of this world
        　　从字面意思来看，意思是说：在这个世界之外。但其实这是英语口语中的一个习惯用语：好的不得了!这个好的程度自然要比good，great高出N多倍。用在描述食物上，也就是很多女孩子常说的：超级好吃!
        　　The food grandma prepared for me is out of this world.
        　　奶奶为我做的菜，真的太好吃了。
        　　16. Words cannot describe how delicious this food is!
