          关于运动的日常英语口语对话一:
          A:Boy,you're too lazy.You should do some exercise?See,you're getting
fat.
          A:孩子,你太懒了,你应该做一些运动,你看你越来越胖了。
          B:It's raining outside.
          B:外面下雨了。
          A:It's just your excuse.
          A:这只是你的借口。
          B:All right,all right,I will go swimming with Sam this afternoon.
          B:好啦,好啦,我和Sam今天下午去游泳。
          A:Not just today,Go exercise everyday.
          A:不是只是今天,是每天都要运动。
          关于运动的日常英语口语对话二:
          A:You look burned out. Did you make it to your aerobics class last night?
You must have got quite a workout!
          A: 你看起来好疲惫呀。你昨晚去上健身课了吗?你一定是狠练了一番。
          B:I made it, but the class was cancelled. The instructor was sick. All the
ladies were really bummed out.
          B:我去了,但是那节课被取消了。教练病了,女士们都很沮丧。
          A:What a shame! Did you end up jogging in the park instead?
          A:真遗憾!那你最后是不是到公园去慢跑了呢?
          B:No, I got my workout this morning. I must have walked up a hundred
stairs. I think I burned 500 calories.
          B:没有。我今天早晨倒是锻炼了。我应该爬了有100层楼梯吧。我想我消耗了500个卡路里。
          A:You have a Stairmaster at home?
          A:你家里有部爬楼机吗?
          B:No, the elevator was broken again!

          A:I really need to lose some weight.

          B:I think you should work out more too.

          B:I was on a diet and exercised daily.

          A:I hate working out.

          B:Why don't you go to a gym?
          B:为什么不去健身中心呢?
          A:Good idea. Then the trainer will help me to make a fitness plan.
          A:好主意。这样教练就能帮我制定健身计划了。
          B:The most important thing is persistence.
          B:最重要的就是要坚持。

          A:You're really fit.Do you exercise a lot?
          A:你真的很健康。你经常锻炼吗?
          B:Well, I almost always get up very early, and I go hiking in the mountains
nearby for two hours.B:嗯,我几乎总是起得很早,我在附近的山上徒步旅行了两个小时。
          A:You're kidding!
          A:你在开玩笑?
          B:No. And then I go to a yoga class.
          B:没有,然后我去上瑜伽课。
          A:Wow! How often do you exercise like that?

          B:About six times a week. What about you?
          B:一周大约六次。你呢?
          A:Oh, I hardly ever exercise. I usually just watch TV in my free time.
