　　从10月1日起，中国“草根英雄”(也称“感动2013人物”)第三季度网络人物评选正式启动。
        　　评选活动由新华社发起并主办。网友可以通过网站、微博和手机应用三种方式为心中最爱的“草根英雄”投票。
        　　评选将从20位候选人中选出10位主要事迹在道德和社会领域引起过广泛关注的网络人物。
