　　财政部(Ministry of Finance)早前表示，从2013年到2015年，将对新能源汽车提供补贴，以帮助促进其推广。政府部门、公共机构和公共交通将是新政策针对的主要对象。补贴标准将按照新能源汽车和与其对应的传统车型的基本价格差来制定，但会依据每年的生产规模和技术进步程度而逐年递减。主要目标区域是大都市或城市群(city cluster),因为这些城市承受着巨大的节能减排压力，例如北京一天津一河北城市群、长江三角洲(the Yangtze River Delta)地区和珠江三角洲(the Pearl River Delta)地区。
