        How to Increase Lung Power如何增强肺活量
        Stand erect on the balls of the feet, and with the head held well back. Then inhale deeply until the lungs are fully inflated, gradually exhale, allowing the chest to sink first, followed by the lungs. Repeat exercise several times both moring and evening.身体直立,前脚点地,头用力向后仰。然后深吸一口气,让肺部彻底充盈,然后慢慢呼出,让胸口先沉下去,然后是肺部。早晚重复这套动作数次。
