　　The World Consumer Rights Day falls on March 15th every year,also known as “315”,the March 15th Campaign.Although some negative factors appear with the development of commodity economy,which do harm to the consumers,the government,enterprises and consumers are making mutual efforts to solve these problems and promote the construction of consumers organizations by combing top-down and bottom-up methods.On World Consumer Rights Day every year,the “315” evening party hosted by CCTV unveils many frauds and traps and exposes some illegal manufactures and fake products,in order to evoke the consumers'awareness to protect their own rights.
