在It is suggested that...句式中，其中that引导的主语从句通常用“should+动词原形”这样的虚拟语气，其中的should在美国英语中通常省略，句首的it为形式主语。如：
It is suggested that the question should be discussed at the next meeting. 有人建议在下次会上讨论这个问题。
