        　　If a candle is too thick to fit the candlestick, don't pare the end, but
get a bowl of hot water and hold the end of the candle in it until the wax
softens.
        　　如果蜡烛太粗了，放不进烛台，你用不着把蜡烛末端削尖，只需要倒一碗热水，将蜡烛末端浸入水中，直至蜡烛变软。
        　　If the candle is now pressed into the candlestick, it will fit firmly.
