如何区别天然黄油和人造黄油
A good way of testing butter is shown in the picture. Rub a little of the
suspected compound upon a piece of paper and ste the paper alight.
上图说明了一个检验黄油的好办法。将这块有待检验的黄油取出一点涂在一张纸片上，然后将纸片点燃。
If it is pure butter, the odour will be dainty and agreeable, while the
presence of Margarine is made known by an unpleasant tallowy smell.
如果这是块纯天然的黄油，燃烧发出的气味闻起来就轻柔宜人，如果是人造黄油，就会发出一股刺鼻而油腻的味道。 |
