悲伤时,你该说些什么?

        每个人总有不开心的时候。事实上,你可能有时会出现悲伤的情绪。那么怎样表达自己悲伤的感情呢?在你心情低落,或者面对心情沮丧的人的时候,你可以使用这些短语来表达自己的心情。
        when you are down = when you feel sad心情不愉快
        feeling blue = feeling sad感到悲伤
        表达悲伤的结构:
        本部分所使用的例子,是利用现在进行时来表达说话时的悲伤心情。你可以在不同的时态中,使用这些表达。
        A.Informal非正式
        当你面对的是你的好友和家人时,可以使用这些非正式形式。S代表主语。
        1.S + be + feeling down about something(对······感到难过)
        I'm feeling down about work lately.近来工作的事让我很沮丧。
        She's feeling down about her grades.她因为分数不理想而难过。
        2.S + be + upset about something (对······感到不愉快)
        I'm upset about my friends.我因为自己的朋友而感到苦恼。
        Tom's upset about his boss. He's too hard on him!汤姆因为老板而感到很郁闷。他太苛刻了!
        3.S + be + sad about something(为······感到难过)
        I'm sad about the situation at work.我为工作现状感到难过。
        Jennifer's sad about her mother.詹妮弗为母亲感到难过。
        B.Formal正式
        当你面对的是工作中的人,或者不太熟悉的人时,可以使用这些更为正式的形式。
        1.S + be + out of sorts(心情不佳)
        I'm sorry. I'm out of sorts today. I'll be better tomorrow.抱歉。我今天心情不太好。明天会恢复的。
        Peter is out of sorts today. Ask him tomorrow.皮特今天不太开心,明天问问他是怎么了。
        2.S + do not + feel well(心情不好)
        Doug doesn't feel well today.道格今天心情不太好。
        The staff doesn't feel well about the changes at work.员工对于工作上的变动而感到不快。
        Idioms Used to Express Sadness表达悲伤情绪的习语
        习语是与其字面意思不同的表达。也就是说,It's raining cats and dogs并不是就意味着天上下了狗和猫的雨!
        这里有一些常见的表达悲伤的习语。
        1.S + be + feeling blue about something(对某事感到难过)
        Jack is feeling blue about his relationship with his girlfriend.杰克为了女朋友的事感到难过。
        Our teaching said he was feeling blue about life last night.老师说他昨晚思考人生,悲从中来。
        2.S + be + in the dumps about something(对······感到沮丧)
        We're in the dumps about our financial situation.我们的财务状况很不好。
        Kelly is in the dumps about her horrible job.凯丽对她糟糕的工作感到很沮丧。
        3.S + feel + down in the mouth about something(对······垂头丧气)
        Keith feels down in the mouth about his relationship.吉斯对于他的人际关系感到很沮丧。
        Jennifer is down in the mouth this month. I don't know what's the matter.詹妮弗这个月心情很是沮丧。我不知道是为了什么。
        How to Respond to Someone Who is Sad怎样安慰悲伤的人
        当某人告诉你他们很难过时,表达你对他们的担忧很重要。这里有一些常见的短语来表达你的心情。
        A.Informal非正式
        Bummer真糟糕。
        I feel you. 我明白你的感受。
        Tough luck. 真不走运。
        I can't believe that. That's horrible / disgusting / not fair我真是不敢相信。这真可怕/恶心/不公平。
        B.Formal正式
        I'm sorry to hear that.听到这些我很难过。
        That's too bad.这真是太糟糕了。
        What can I do to help?我能为你做些什么吗?
        Is there anything I can do for you?我能为你做些什么吗?
        Would you like to talk about it?你想谈谈吗?
        如果你看到某人很难过,但对方并未告诉你,你就可以使用下面的短语来使得别人开口倾诉他们的感受。当你在帮助心情悲伤的朋友或同事时,要确保多问一些帮助性的问题。
        What's the matter?出什么事了?
        You seem sad. Tell me all about it.你看起来很难过。跟我说说吧。
        Why the long face?为什么脸色这么差呀?

        1.At Work工作中
        Colleague 1: Hi Bob. I'm feeling out of sorts today.你好,鲍勃。今天我心情不太好。
        Colleague 2: I'm sorry to hear that. What seems to be the problem? 听到这些我很难过。发生什么事了?
        Colleague 1: Well, I'm really upset about the changes at work.哦,我对工作上的变动感到很郁闷。
        Colleague 2: I know it's been difficult for everyone.我知道,每个人都不容易。
        Colleague 1: I just don't understand why they had to change our team!我只是不明白,为什么他们要重组我们的团队!
        Colleague 2: Sometimes management does things we don't understand.有时候,管理部门就会做一些让人难以理解的事。
        Colleague 1: It make no sense! I just don't feel well.这根本毫无意义!我感觉很不愉快。
        Colleague 2: Maybe you need some time off work.也许你需要从工作中抽出身来休息下。
         Colleague 1: Yes, maybe that's it.是,也许你说得对。
        Colleague 2: Is there anything I can do to help? 我能为你做些什么吗?
        Colleague 1: No, just talking about it makes things better.不,聊一聊就好了。

        2.Between Friends朋友之间
        Sue: Anna, what's the matter?安娜,你怎么了?
        Anna: Nothing. I'm fine.没事,我很好。
        Sue: You seem sad. Tell me all about it.你看起来很难过。告诉我发生什么事了。
        Anna: OK, I'm in the dumps about Tom.好吧,我跟汤姆闹得很不愉快。
        Sue: Bummer. What seems to be the problem?太糟糕了。发生什么事了?
        Anna: I don't think he loves me anymore.我觉得他不再爱我了。
        Sue: Really! Are you sure about that?真的吗?你确定?
        Anna: Yes, I saw him yesterday with Mary. They were laughing and having a great time.是的,昨天我看到他跟玛丽一起。他们俩说说笑笑,玩得可开心了。
        Sue: Well, maybe they were just studying together.哦,也许他们只是在一起学习呢。
        It doesn't mean he's leaving you.这并不意味着他要抛弃你了呀。
        Anna: That's what I keep telling myself. Still, I'm feeling blue.我也反复这样告诉自己。但我还是感觉很伤心。
