Hodge gathered the notes the wrote down and wrapped up the meeting with the chef. As he saw the chef walking back towards the kitchen area to start preparing for the dinner rush, Hodge took a look around the restaurant. Despite being the off-peak hours, there were still customers enjoying their food, the food from his restaurant. Hodge was quite proud of his achievement. At the moment, not only did he have a club doing decently, his newly opened restaurant was starting to pick up as well, establishing a name as a fine dinning restaurant.
