Seeing the line up of people today gave him an idea, perhaps he should consider adding gourmet pizza to the menu at his restaurant. Maybe he could even use that as the main selling point in the take-out menu. Often, it was not difficult to make a regular dish into a gourmet dish. All that was needed was to switch up the ingredients, for instance, instead of the basic mushroom, he could use portabella mushrooms. As for the cheese, it could definitely be upgraded. He could also use organic vegetables, sourcing from local farmers.
