Given he had a desk job, Sean managed to stay relatively in shape. So it seemed this method worked for him. Sean quickened his steps and arrived on the floor where the gym was located. When he walked by the room with all the workout equipment, it was not packed, but there were a quite a few people doing exercises. Sean walked directly to the change room and hoped a shower stall would be available. It was just his luck that the change room was relatively empty compared to the outside, and there were a few shower stalls available.
