A list of the 10 most popular Chinese dishes was issued by a research body under the China Hotel Association.中国饭店协会的下属研究院公布了十大最受欢迎的中国菜肴榜单。
The study was based on data generated by China's major online ordering platforms and public surveys in 2015, according to Luo Huashan, deputy head of the research team. 据研究小组的副主任罗华山说明，这项研究基于中国主要的在线订购平台以及2015年的公共调查数据。
Top of the list was fish with Sichuan pickles and the well-known kung pao chicken, or spicy diced chicken with peanuts.四川酸菜鱼和著名的宫保鸡丁在榜单上居于第一第二名的位置。
Stir-fried seasonal vegetables, a very plain dish but a must have for Cantonese, also made the top three.而清淡的炒青菜因为是广东人的必备菜肴而名列第三。
It is also noteworthy that five dishes in the top 10 have a clear origin in Sichuan or Hunan, both known for use of chilies.同样值得注意的是，排名前十中有5道菜都是地道的川菜或湘菜，都以“重辣”闻名。
The top 10 are all traditional dishes, indicating that Chinese are quite conservative in their tastes, Luo said.而排名前十的菜肴皆为传统菜，从这可以看出中国人在吃方面还是较为保守，罗先生说道。
