Peak hour refers to the busiest time, where it may be on the road at the time with the highest traffic, or in a business with the most number of customers visiting at the momen. When is the peak hour? How does the rush of people affecting the situation?

From his earpiece, Al learnt that his partner had already taken control of the surveillance cameras in the area. Now, their target has moved onto the second vehicle. Besides, there were bugs installed in the club manager's office. That area could be monitored.
