        话题:
Writing: imagine a scenario or express your opinion
        Tick
A tick can refer to a sharp tap, or click. What is ticking? Why is it ticking? Will anything cause the ticking to stop?
This week's topic: They looked at the ticking hands... (90-110 words)
        Suggestions:
        1) the ticking hands on the face of a clock or watch
        2) a ticking time bomb
        3) the ticking of the machinery inside a musical box
        4) the up ticks and down ticks of the stock exchange
        5) Instead of writing a scenario, feel free to comment on the story below.
        范例1:
The ticking hands reminded him that he would not be able to finish all the assigned work before having to meet with the editor. He goal now was to finish as much as possible and to think of something to distract the editor during the meeting. Perhaps the intern had sensed the not-so-appropriate timing, although he was curious about the launch event and wanted to find out more from Wolfe, he decided to excuse himself. “Well, I guess I should let you get back to your work,” the intern said, “Talk to you later.”
