范例1：
Instead of aiming for full workout sessions, he decided to add exercise into his daily routine. Rather than taking the elevator when going downstairs, he would almost always choose the stairs if he was traveling by himself. When going with other people, then of course he would just take the elevator ride down along with everyone else, for it would seem rude to walk away saying he would meet them downstairs. He found that changing small habits and choose to be more active was much easier for him to handle.
