大学毕业生应该租房还是买房
With the soaring of the house price, the dream of having a house becomes
unattainable for most of the new graduates. They face a dilemma of dwelling
narrowly or renting a room.
随着房价的飘升，拥有一所房子的梦想对大部分刚毕业的大学生来说变得可望而不可及。他们面临着"蜗居"还是租房的两难境地。
People holding the idea of purchasing a house think tbat the advantages of
owning a house of their own outweigh another choice. On the one hand, according
to the historical record, house price is expected to rise in the future. The
possession of a house is expected to make profits in the long run and it is an
effective way to avoid the shrinking of your property. On the other hand, a
house belonging to yourself makes you feel safety and comfort. Nevertheless,
dissenters do not agree with tbe idea. In their view, the house price is too
high to afford for graduates. If graduates decide to buy a house, they are
certain to increase the burden of their family.
想要买房的人觉得，拥有自己的房子其好处要远大于租房。一方面，根据历史记录，预计房价在将来还会上涨。从长期来看，
拥有一所房子有望能获利，这也是避免你的财产缩水的一种有效方式。另一方面，一所属于自己的房子让人感到安全舒适。然而，持不同意见的人不赞同这种观点。在他们看来，房价太高了，毕业生承受不起。如果毕业生决定要买房，他们一定会增加他们家庭的负担。
In my opioion, it is more advisable to rent a house during the first years
than to buy a house because it is unwise to buy a house at such a high price. It
is reasonable to save money and purchase a house at a suitable time. Surely,
graduates can decide when to buy a house in accordance with their family

我认为，毕业后第一年租房要比买房更可取，因为以如此高的价格买房是不明智的。把钱省下来在合适的时间买房才是合理的。当然，毕业生可根据他们的家庭条件来决定什么时候买房。
