        Advertisements
        　　Advertisements are making their way into people's lives. People are
influenced by advertisers when choosing what to buy whether they are conscious
of it or not.
        　　广告正在逐渐深入人们的生活。当选择购买什么商品时，人们受到了广告商的影响，不管他们是否意识到这一点。
        　　Advertising is a flourishing industry now, and it comes in different forms.
There are advertisements published on newspapers, commercials on television or
radio. Billboards also carry advertising. To some extent, good advertising means
success while bad advertising means failure.
        　　如今广告业已成为兴旺发展的行业，它的形式多种多样。有些广告刊登在报纸上，有些则出现在电视或广播节目中。布告栏处也会张贴广告。某种程度而言，一则好的广告意味着成功，而差劲的广告意味着失败。
        　　However, advertisements also have the shortcomings. Whether the information
they carry is true or not has become a major problem. From one angel, the
advertiser intends to exaggerate the benefits of his own products. From the
other angel, some consumers are cheated and become victims of such
advertising.
        　　然而，广告也有一些弊端。它们所传达的信息是否属实，这已成为了一个主要的问题。从一方面看，广告商欲夸大自己产品的功效;从另一个方面看，一些消费者受到了欺骗，沦为这种广告的受害者。
        　　Thus, as customers, when facing an appealing advertisement, we should be
