Although common sense dictates a graceful exit when you're leaving a company, there are always going to be some who slip up. Staffing agency Office Team recently conducted a survey among more than 1,300 employers who divulged some of the strangest reasons former employees have given them when resigning from their jobs. Here are a couple of doozies: 尽管辞职的时候有个正常的理由能体面离开，但总是有些人会拿出奇怪的理由辞职。最近，人事机构办公室团队在1300多位雇佣者中间做了一项调查，这些雇佣者透露了部分千奇百怪的离职理由。下面就为你列举16条奇葩理由：

Although you may be tempted to leave a job in a manner of your choosing (especially if you harbor negative feelings), it's best to reconsider your approach. 尽管你可能因为自己的选择（尤其是当你怀有负面情绪时）很想辞职，但最好再三审视一下辞职的理由。
"How you leave a job can be just as important as what you did while you were there," said Robert Hosking, executive director of Office Team.
