A press release from the Kremlin says that president Vladimir Putin sent
Donald Trump a congratulatorytelegram after he won the US presidency. We’ve
annotated it with some commentary of our own.
据俄罗斯新闻报道，特朗普宣布获胜后，俄国总统弗拉基米尔·普京致电唐纳德·特朗普，祝贺他当选新任美国总统。站在个人的角度我们对此进行了诠释。
In his message, Mr Putin said he hopes for work together to lift Russian-US
relations out of the current crisis…

institutions, imposingsanctions on us, accusing us of hacking, hacking us back,
and generally being obnoxious…”
