　　中国有“豆腐宴”，美国有“豆腐火鸡”，都是素食者的最爱。据统计，美国人每年在感恩节吃掉大约4500万只火鸡。据悉，目前出于健康和环保考虑，很多美国家庭在感恩节大餐中，以“豆腐火鸡”替代传统的感恩节主菜——烤火鸡。

                　　2014年，美国西雅图市，市长艾德 默里(Ed Murray)别出心裁地“赦免”了一只“豆腐火鸡”。
