We Shot The Moon是一支来自加州San Diego的流行摇滚乐队.乐队由现已解散的乐队Waking Ashland的前主唱Jonathan Jones酝酿组建而成.当其在2007年7月宣布退出乐坛时,Jonathan仍然坚持创作歌曲以期望继续他的音乐生涯,从而We Shot The Moon也由此而生。We Shot The Moon是由唱作人Jonathan Jones创立的独立流行摇滚乐队，来自于加州圣地亚哥。 在过去的两年里，乐队在大大小小的场地做了400场演出，包括咖啡店，户外演唱会，俱乐部，大型剧院等等。也曾与许多优秀的乐队同台过，例如The Fray, Jacks Mannequin, Augustana, Plain White Ts, 3OH!3, One Republic等等。
