Have you ever received a text from someone you fancy which was so ambiguous, so annoyingly unclear you yearned for the days when love letters and serenading were the done thing?你有没有收到过你喜欢的人发来的短信，语焉不详、不明就里、令你抓狂，你都开始怀念起情书和月下情歌的日子，那时一切都顺理成章。
And there are five mistakes in particular which get people riled - or make them lose interest .以下五大错误尤其惹人恼怒、兴味索然。
1."Hey"1.”嗨”

Please, please, please do not send the generic 'hey' text that has nothing else accompanying it.请不要再单单发普普通通一个”嗨”，又没个下文。
It's a very confusing and strange message and tells people nothing.这种消息令人费解又奇怪、没有信息量。
2. Playing secretary2.扮演秘书

When you get into conversations like:会有这样的对话：
'Oh can we meet at Starbucks on 4pm on Tuesday?'“我们周二下午四点星巴克见吧？”
'Oh no 4pm on Tuesday doesn't work for me, how about 6pm on Monday for a drink?'“周二四点不行，周六下午六点喝一杯？”
'Oh Monday I've got spinning class, I can't make that.'“啊周一我有单车课，我搞不定。”
Three or four of those exchanges and all the energy is sapped out and people just forget it and 'swipe left' and move on to the next person.三四个来回下来，精力耗尽，大家也就忘了，抛诸脑后，去找下一个人。

No one has any idea what that means. Do you want to watch a game? Do you want a beer? Are you trying to hook up? Are you taking them to meet your friends or parents? It's totally ambiguous.没人知道你是什么意思。你要看比赛？你要喝一杯？你要勾搭？你要带他们见朋友和家长？完全没头没脑。
