        1.首先，第一个hot相关的习语一定可以描述你现在的状态，热到心烦意乱！Hot and bothered的含义即为“心烦意乱/不安的/烦躁的”，例如：
        Everyone got hot and bothered about the failure.
        每个人都会这次失败感到心烦意乱。
        2.Hot and cold   对于这个短语，你可能会翻译为“忽冷忽热”，但这个短语也引申表示极度焦虑/极度紧张。例如：
        She grew hot and cold when she met him.
