Meet adorable twin cats Iriss and Abyss from Saint Petersburg who have been
fascinating people social media with their beautiful heterochromatic (different
coloured) eyes.

Heterochromia is a genetic eye condition that means that someone has
different coloured eyes as a result of the melanin level in eyes.

The cats are neither Angora or Turkish Van breeds, but that they are cross
bred from a white cat (their mother) and a black and white cat (their
father).

Their proud owner has shared pictures of the pretty cats with over 47,000
