非居民用电 non-residential electricity

　　国家发改委宣布，自本月20日起全国非居民用电价每度平均提高2.8分钱，暂不调整居民电价，居民阶梯电价改革最快明年一季度推出，用电越多，电价越高。
        　　China's non-residential electricity prices differ according to the area and sectors, but are higher than the price of power for residential use.
        　　我国的非居民用电价格根据地域和部门的差别而有所不同，但比居民用电价格要高。
        　　文中的non-residential electricity就是指“非居民用电”，也称为electricity for non-residential use，而与之相对应的就是residential electricity(居民用电)。据悉，今后对于residential electricity也将实行progressive pricing mechanism(阶梯定价机制)，也就是prices would increase with consumption(用电越多，电价越高)。
        　　据称，提价将增加人们的energy conservation awareness(节能意识)，建设resource efficient and environment-friendly society(能源节约和环境友好型社会)。在此之前，国家已提高了power grid operators (电网运营商)从power plant(电厂)购得的coal-fired electricity(火电)价格，以及on-grid power tariffs(上网电价)。
