净就业前景指数 net employment outlook

　　据Manpower季度调查报告显示，在美国和其它许多国家，反映企业雇聘意愿的净就业前景指数均有所改善，表明就业率可能在明年第一季度恢复增长。

        　　The global employment services company said its seasonally adjusted US net employment outlook was plus-6 for the first quarter in 2010, up from minus-2 in the fourth quarter of 2009.
        　　全球就业服务公司表示，2010年第一季度调整后的美国净就业前景指数为+6，与今年第四季度的-2相比有所上升。
        　　在上面的报道中，net employment outlook就是“净就业前景指数”，employment Outlook is the chance of you getting a job in a certain field. This could include how many jobs are out there and how many jobs are needed in a certain field(净就业前景指数就是你在特定领域找到工作的几率，这其中包括该领域所有的工作岗位数量以及目前有空缺的岗位数量)。
        　　那么净就业前景指数又该如何计算呢?
        　　A net employment outlook is calculated by subtracting those employers who plan to reduce staffing levels from those who plan to hire staff. A positive result indicates that more employers plan to increase rather than decrease staffing levels; a negative result reflects the opposite.
        　　净就业前景指数可以通过用那些打算招聘员工的雇主数量减去那些打算裁员的雇主数量计算出来。如果结果为正数，说明更多的雇主打算增加雇员数量而非裁员;如果结果是负数，则为相反。
        　　显然，净就业前景指数越高，就是越发positive employment outlook(积极的就业前景);相反则是gloomy employment outlook(就业前景黯淡)。
