文化创意产业 cultural and creative industry

　　去年全球经济遭遇严冬，而我国的文化创意产业却逆市飘红。无论从国家政策、各大城市的发展思路、著名科技园区的规划，还是企业发展战略中都可以看到，文化创意产业正在我国迅速崛起。
        　　The cultural and creative industry has become one of the pillar industries in Beijing, contributing 11.4 percent of the city's GDP in 2008. Gou Zhongwen, vice-mayor of Beijing municipal government, said the animation and comic industry is one of the city's most vibrant strengths.
        　　文化创意产业已成为北京市的支柱产业之一，在2008年为全市GDP贡献率达到11.4%。北京市副市长苟忠文称，动画和喜剧产业已成为北京市最具活力的发展动力。
        　　文中的cultural and creative industry就是指“文化创意产业”，是指借助于高科技对文化资源进行创造与提升，通过知识产权的开发和运用，产生出高附加值产品的产业。而从更广泛的意义上讲，这也属于一种creative industry(创意产业)。北京市在2006年认定798 Art Zone等地区为Cultural and Creative Industry Clusters(文化创意产业聚集区)，争取形成自己的cultural brand(文化品牌)。
        　　Cultural and creative industry可以增强一国的soft power(软实力)，但也有些国家利用文化渗透，推行cultural imperialism(文化帝国主义)。由于不同国家或民族间存在cultural difference(文化差异)，人们在进行cross-cultural communication(跨文化交际)时会产生cultural conflicts(文化冲突)和cultural shock(文化冲击)。
